Imp. Star “Spite” HSAS HSBS
Spite became a wonderful addition to the ranch in 2018 and won almost every competition she entered in 2019 including many HIT or RHIT! She is a natural with all sheep - applying the perfect amount of pressure and backing off when needed. She has a bright herding future ahead of her!
Spite has a gentle temperament with dogs and people. She is also an excellent mother. Her offspring come in a variety of colors and are turning out to be thoughtful herding dogs and energetic companions.
Spite is triple registered with the International Sheep Dog Society, American Border Collie Association, and the American Kennel Club.

Spite’s hips were checked in the UK before she came to On the Lamb. We believe she had a score of 5 with the BVA, which would be the equivalent to a score of Good with the OFA. BVA documentation will be made available soon.
